CITY COUNCIL
City Council Regular Meeting: May 19, 2009
SUMMARY
Jay Palda and Dianne Howell each served on the Planning Commission from April, 2006, to March, 2009.
Significant projects that occurred during that time included the CDA housing project, the Harmony
subdivision, various ordinance amendments, and updating the City's Comprehensive Plan. These activities
required significant study and involvement by the Commissioners and often extra meetings on top of the
regularly scheduled Commission meetings.
The City Council and staff would like to thank Jay Palda and Dianne Howell for serving their community
and helping to shape a better future for Rosemount.
