EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ISSUE
For the past several years, the City Council has approved a service agreement between the City and the
organizers of the Leprechaun Days celebration. Staff has met with the president of the Leprechaun Days
Committee to discuss the 2009 Service Agreement and both parties feel the agreement is ready for the
Council to consider approving. This year the celebration will take place July 17 26.
