April 7, 2009 City Council regular meeting.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SUMMARY
Staff is requesting that the City Council set a public hearing to review the above stated liquor license
amendments for Shenanigan's Pub, 14605 South Robert Trail. The request has been made to include an
outdoor patio area on the east side of the building to the current licensed premises. As a follow -up to
discussions held in August and September, 2008 the applicant has submitted an artist's rendering of the
proposed patio area. The plans and more information about the amendment will be provided at the time
of the public hearing.
Staff recommends holding a Public Hearing as required by ordinance on April 7, 2009. A ten -day
advanced published notice of the hearing is required.
