EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SUMMARY
Staff is requesting that the City Council set a public hearing to review the above stated liquor license
application for FPW, LCC DBA MGM Liquors- Rosemount, 14865 South Robert Trait FPW, LLC plans
to purchase the current MGM Wine Spirits. Additional information will be provided at the time of the
public hearing.
Staff recommends holding a Public Hearing as required by ordinance on April 7, 2009. A ten -day
advanced published notice of the hearing is required.
