ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: r; fij RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve an Off -Sale Liquor License for FPW, LCC DBA MGM Liquors Rosemount for the premise located at 14865 South Robert Trail 4 ROSEMOUNT CITY COUNCIL City Council Regular Meeting: April 7, 2009 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY ISSUE An off -sale liquor license has been applied for by FPW,LLC DBA MGM Liquors Rosemount for the premise currently occupied by MGM Wine Spirits, Inc. at 14865 South Robert Trail in the Rosemount Crossing development. SUMMARY William Kuether, President of FPW, LLC submitted the required liquor license application materials and liquor liability insurance information. A background investigation was completed by the Police Department. Based upon the results of the background investigation, police staff found no reason to deny the liquor license. Staff recommends approval of the Off -Sale Liquor License for FPW, LLC DBA MGM Liquors Rosemount for the premise located at 14865 South Robert Trail.
