ROSEMOUNT CITY COUNCIL
REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
OCTOBER 20, 2009
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145 Street
West, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Shoe Corrigan,
Weisensel and Bills attending. Staff members present included City Administrator Johnson, City
Clerk Domeier and Director of Parks and Recreation Schultz. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson stated there were changes to the agenda.
Motion by Droste. Second by Shoe Corrigan.
Motion to adopt the agenda as it stands.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0.
DEPARTMENT UPDATES
3.a. Special Event Update Haunted Woods Trail
Mike Bouchard represented the committee that coordinates the special event. Mr. Bouchard
provided an update and more details on the event.
CONSENT AGENDA
Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Shoe Corrigan.
Motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented.

b. Expenditure Approval from the Donation Account Parks Recreation Dept
c. Donation Account Expenditure Police Equipment Fund
d. Approve "No Parking" Resolution County Road 73 Improvements, City Project #399
(Resolution 2009 -58)
e. Payment #5 Final Well House #15, City Project #408
f. Joint Cable Commission Representatives (Resolution 2009 -59)
g. Establishment of Youth Commission (Resolution 2009 -60)
Ayes: DeBettignies, Shoe Corrigan, Droste, Weisensel, Bills
Nays: None. Motion carried.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste provided a summary of upcoming meetings.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by DeBettignies. The meeting was adjourned at 7:41 p.m.
