Staff is requesting that a special meeting be held on May 19, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at
City Hall. The purpose of the special meeting is for the ULI (Urban Land Institute) MN Regional Council
of Mayors presentation on the Opportunity City Program Housing Audit Process.
