EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SUMMARY
Amy Domeier, City Clerk, has been recognized as a Minnesota Certified Municipal Clerk by the Municipal
Clerks and Finance Officers Association of Minnesota (the "MCFOA Domeier was recently recognized
at the MCFOA's annual conference held March 17 -20 in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
In 1973 the MCFOA was established to promote professional standards for city clerks and finance
officers. The MCFOA provides education opportunities through regional meetings, annual conferences
and sponsor's continuing education workshops for the certification program.
The MCFOA has more than 800 members throughout the State of Minnesota including city clerks,
treasures, clerk treasurers, clerk administrators, finance officers and deputy city clerks.
