This year the City will allocate the $5000 grant to allow participation in the IAMC Conference marketing opportunity being made available by Positively MN, which will be held in August 2009. Any remaining hands would also be used for economic development marketing, perhaps assistance with promoting a shovel ready site within the City of Rosemount. The City continues to look for new ways to attract businesses into the community and promote opportunities available within the City. The annual grant provides the City financial resources to allow the City's Port Authority to try some new marketing tools. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 651- 322 -2020.
