RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to declare the results of the April 22, 2008 Special
Election Returns.
BACKGROUND
The City Council serves as the canvassing board for city elections. A spreadsheet including the
return information of the April 22 Special Election will be provided for examination in declaring the
results at the meeting.
CONCLUSION
Staff recommends approval of the above referenced motion.
