RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve the On -Sale Liquor License Class B and
Sunday Liquor License for Warming House Cafe, LLC located at 3410 150 Street West
subject to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy from the Chief Building Official for the
construction of the restaurant.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ISSUE
The liquor license application has been made by Timothy Weiland and Mary Eigner who will be the
operators of Warming House Cafe, LLC "Warming House located at 3410 150 Street West. The
Warming House will be a restaurant within the The Pond located in the former Knowlan's building.
BACKGROUND
The application submitted was accompanied by the necessary liquor liability insurance, workers
compensation insurance, lease agreement with Rosemount Property, LLC and the investigation deposit.
The fee for the liquor licenses will be pro -rated and determined upon issuance. The liquor license will not
be issued until the applicants receive a Certificate of Occupancy for the restaurant from the Chief Building
Official.
The Police Department conducted a background check of the applicants and were found to meet the
City's standards for liquor license holders.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of the above stated motion.
