proposed ordinance.

9.a. SKIS Interim Use Permit, Case 08- 18 -IUP. Attached is a revised Section 4 to the
Trust Fund Agreement. The changes were recommended by the Trust Board at their
meeting on Monday night and do not significantly change the intent of the agreement.
