Based on the appraisal for the easement and subsequent negotiations with the property owners, a proposal settlement has been agreed to with the property owners subject to Council approval. WSB Associates has acquired a signed easement for the parcel listed below. Staff is asking that Council authorize payment to the following property owner in the amount listed below: SUMMARY: Staff is recommending that Council authorize the payment for permanent road easements as proposed in the above motion.
