EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
BACKGROUND:
As part of the County Road 73 Improvements project, the acquisition of permanent road easements from
the property located at 14195 Akron Avenue is necessary. Based on the appraisal for the easement and
subsequent negotiations with the property owners, a proposal settlement has been agreed to with the
property owners subject to Council approval.
WSB Associates has acquired a signed easement for the parcel listed below. Staff is asking that Council
authorize payment to the following property owner in the amount listed below:
SUMMARY:
Staff is recommending that Council authorize the payment for permanent road easements as proposed in
the above motion.

and through that part of the East 75.00 feet of the Subject Property.
