RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve On- Public Premise Liquor Licenses for
serving intoxicating beverages at the Rosemount Community Center valid January 1, 2007
through December 31, 2008 for Shenanigan's Pub, Celts Irish Pub Grill, Babe's Sports
Bar Grill and Green Mill Eagan, LLC.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ISSUE
City Code 3 -1 -15 On -Sale License on Public Premise states the City Council may issue to the holder of an
on -sale intoxicating liquor license issued by the city or a municipality adjacent to the city, a license to allow
the dispensing of intoxicating liquor at any convention, banquet, conference, meeting or social affair
conducted on the premises of a sports, convention or cultural facility owned by the City.
BACKGROUND
Shenanigan's Pub, Celts Irish Grill, Babe's Sports Bar Grill and Green Mill Eagan, LLC have applied
for the opportunity to serve intoxicating beverages at the Rosemount Community Center. The applicants
held said licenses in 2008 and are in good standing with Community Center management.
The fee for obtaining the license is $350.00. The duration of the granted license shall remain in effect
from its issuance until December 31 of the year it is issued. No public hearing is required for the granting
of an on -sale license on public premises.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of the above stated motion.
