CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2008 - A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTING KIM LINDQUIST AS INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR WHEREAS, City Administrator James D. Verbrugge has tendered his resignation effective April 11, 2008; and WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need for continuity of leadership during the period while the City of Rosemount is without a permanent City Administrator. NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, that Kim Lindquist is appointed to the position of Interim City Administrator commencing April 12, 2008, and serving in that capacity until such time that a new Administrator can be appointed to the position. NOW THEREFORE IT ALSO BE RESOLVED, that as Interim City Administrator Kim Lindquist, will also serve as the Interim Deputy City Clerk, the Interim Director of the Port Authority, and Interim Utility Commissioner. NOW THEREFORE IT ALSO BE RESOLVED, that Kim Lindquist will continue to also serve in the role of Director of Community Development. During the time she acts as Interim Administrator she shall be compensated at her current Director of Community Development salary plus ten percent (an additional annual salary of $9,685). Finally, no prejudice or future consequences on her employment as Director of Community Development shall result from this temporary appointment and a withdrawal from this appointment shall require a notice period of at least 21 days. th ADOPTED this 18 day of March, 2008 by the City Council of the City of Rosemount.
