City Council Special Work Session: October 14, 2008
BACKGROUND:
At the September 16, 2008 Regular City Council meeting, the project costs for the 2008 Street
Improvements Project, City Project #418 were declared and a public hearing set for October 21, 2008.
Prior to the public hearing for the proposed special assessments, Staff would like to review the proposed
assessments and assessment methodology with Council. Attached for Council information is a summary
of the project costs and proposed assessment rates for the project.
SUMMARY:
CITY COUNCIL
Staff will provide a brief overview of the proposed assessments at the meeting.
