Prior to the public hearing for the proposed special assessments, Staff would like to review the proposed assessments and assessment methodology with Council. Attached for Council information is a summary of the project costs and proposed assessment rates for the project. SUMMARY: CITY COUNCIL Staff will provide a brief overview of the proposed assessments at the meeting.
