RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Adopt Change to the 2008 City Council Meeting
Schedule as listed within the staff report.

City Council Special Meeting: November 5, 2008
ISSUE
Regular City Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall.
Work Session meetings are held the second Wednesday after the first Tuesday of each month.
Occasionally meeting dates are changed to avoid conflicts with holidays or other events.
A meeting date change is necessary for the regular meeting scheduled for November 18. Due to a conflict
with scheduling that would result in a lack of a quorum, the proposed meeting date and time is November
19, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.
CONCLUSION
Staff recommends approval of the above stated motion.
