City Project #424. Attached for consideration are the tabulation of quotes and draft
resolution.
2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: CONSENT AGENDA
6.j. Receive Bids /Award Contract - Akron Avenue Trunk Utility & Railroad
Improvements, City Project #417. Attached for consideration is a revised draft resolution
which includes a condition to award the bid upon receipt of an easement. A signed
easement has been received from the parcel in question via facsimile with the original
executed easement expected to be received this week for recording.
