6.g. Dakota County 2009 -2013 Draft CIP. Staff amended the letter to include
commitment of the County Road 38 and Shannon Parkway intersection improvements in
2008.
2. ADD -ON: CONSENT AGENDA
6.j. Approve Quotes for Painting Fire Station #1 and the Public Works North
Building. Staff recommends a motion to approve the quotes for the painting of both
facilities.
3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: OLD BUSINESS
8.a. Second Reading: Text Amendment Outdoor Parking or Storage of Passenger
Vehicles in Residential Districts City of Rosemount, 08- 17 -TA. The draft Ordinance
was amended under Section 2 to change the labeling of the remaining sections of the
Ordinance.
