1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: CONSENT AGENDA
6.e. Receive Bids /Award Contract Well House #15, City Project #408. Attached is
the letter of recommendation, bid tabulation and draft resolution for City Council
consideration. Staff recommends adopting the draft resolution.
2. CHANGE OF ITEM FROM CONSENT AGENDA TO NEW BUSINESS
6.i. Centex Homes Glendalough Minor Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Amendment, 08- 15 -AMD. The applicant has requested further discussion of the item.
Staff recommends changing the item to New Business 9.b.
3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: OLD BUSINESS
8.a. DCTC Facility Partnership. An updated license agreement is attached for City
Council consideration. Staff recommends adopting the resolution approving the license
agreement.
4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: NEW BUSINESS
9.a. City Administrator Executive Search Process Approval of Profile. An updated
position profile is provided for City Council consideration. Staff recommends approval of
the draft profile.
