ATTACHMENTS: Draft Resolution APPROVED BY: vOif RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Adopt a Resolution Amending Resolution 2007 -116 A Resolution Approving Amendments Setting the 2008 Schedule of Rates and Fees. ISSUE The fee schedule is updated on a yearly basis upon review of frequent fees established by City departments. After the adoption of the 2008 Schedule of Rates and Fees in December, staff found amendments to the resolution were necessary within the Public Works and Engineering Department fees listing. The proposed changes are highlighted in the draft resolution attachments. SUMMARY Staff requests approval of the above motion. CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2008 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2007 -116 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS SETTING THE 2008 SCHEDULE OF RATES AND FEES. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the 2008 Schedule of Fees and Rates and recognizes the need to amend certain rates and fees for 2008; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found the need to amend certain Public Works and Engineering Department fees as described on Attachments 1 and 2. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, that it adopts the attachment amending Public Works and Engineering Department fees. ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 2008 by the City Council of the City of Rosemount. William H.
