1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6.b. Amendment to 2008 Schedule of Rates and Fees. Staff recommends Adopting
a Resolution Amending Resolution 2007 -116 A Resolution Approving Amendments Setting
the 2008 Schedule of Rates and Fees. The attached draft Resolution was not included with
the original packet materials,
2. ADD -ON: CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6.L Designation of Polling Places for 2008 Elections. Staff recommends a motion
to approve the Resolution designating the seven polling locations for the 2008 elections.
3. ADD -ON: CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6.m. Minnesota Valley Transit Authority. Staff recommends adopting a
Resolution Supporting the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority as the Preferred Transit
Provider South of the Minnesota River.
4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: NEW BUSINESS
Item 9.a. Resolution Supporting U.S. Conference of Mayors Climate Protection
Agreement. Staff recommends adopting a Resolution Supporting Mayor Droste Signing on
to the U.S. Conference of Mayors Climate Protection Agreement.
