G: ENGPROJ 422 AuthPln&SpecCC5-6-08.doc SUMMARY: Staff is requesting that the City Council adopt the attached resolution ordering the project and authorizing the preparation of plans and specifications for City Project #422. 2 CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2008 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HARMONY 5 111 ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVMENTS CITY PROJECT #422 WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolutions of the Council adopted on May 4, 2004, a report was prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Harmony 5th Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #422, and this report was received by the Council on July 6, 2004. WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed projects are necessary, cost effective, and feasible. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Feasibility Report for the project. 2. The City Engineer is hereby ordered to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements within the Harmony 5th Addition. ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 2008.
