RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Authorize the Preparation of a Feasibility Report for
Prestwick Place, City Project #409.
BACKGROUND:
The developer, Arcon Construction Company, has requested the preparation of a feasibility report for
proposed public improvements within the development. This feasibility report will address street and
utility improvements and will include costs and funding for the project. At this time funds have been
received from the developer to cover costs associated with the preparation of the feasibility report. A map
depicting the area is attached.
SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting Council authorization to prepare a feasibility report for Prestwick Place Street and
Utility Improvements, City Project #409.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
PRESTWICK PLACE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #409
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate the
feasibility of Prestwick Place Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #409.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility
report prepared for Prestwick Place Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #409.
ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 2008.
