BACKGROUND:
SUMMARY:
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On February 6, 2007, a comprehensive multi -year street improvement program was adopted by Council.
This plan outlined the improvement of streets within the areas highlighted on the attached map. In 2007,
Areas 6 and 7 were improved. In 2008, Area 9 was improved. Area 5 is scheduled for 2009. This area
includes Damask Court north of Dodd Boulevard, and Damask Avenue, Upper 150 Street, and Dallara
Avenue all south of Dodd Boulevard.
At this time, Staff is requesting authorization to prepare a feasibility report for Area 5. The feasibility
report will reference the 2007 2010 Street Improvement Program adopted on February 6, 2007 and will
include updated cost estimates and funding sources.
Staff is requesting Council authorization to prepare a feasibility report for the 2009 Street Improvements
Project.
