RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to authorize preparation of plans and specifications
for Harmony 2"d Addition Street and.Utility Improvements, City-Project#394.
ACTION:
BACKGROUND:
This project was previously addressed with the feasibility report completed in 20004 for
the overall development.
The developer for Harmony, farmerly known as Brockway, has submitted a final plat for
approval for the Harmony 2nd Addition. This plat is located east of Trunk Highway 3,
south of County Road 38 and north of Harmony Addition.
At this time,the developer will be depositing the necessary funds for all costs
associated with the preparation of the plans and specifications for the project.
SUMMARY:
Staff recommends authorization for preparation of plans and specifications for the
Harmony 2nd Addition. .

RESOLUTION 2005 —
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS fOR
HARMONY 2ND ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT#394
WHEREAS, Contractor Property Developers Company (CPDC) has requested the City of
Rosemount prepare plans and specifications for Harmony 2"d Addition Street and Utility
Improvements, City Project#394; and
WHEREAS, CPDC has deposited the necessary funds with the City for preparation of the
plans and specifications for City Project#394; and
WHEREAS, CPDC acknowledges that this action does not imply or guarantee City Council
approval of the final plat for Harmony 2"d Addition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount orciers the
preparation of plans and specifications for said improvements of City Project#394.
ADOPTED this 5t" day of April, 2005.
