RECOMMENDED ACTION: Presentation of the Certificate of Appreciation
COUNCIL ACTION:
The youth of our community play an important role in the future of Rosemount. We would like to
acknowledge those who have displayed outstanding qualities that benefit Rosemount's residents and
beyond. A Certificate of Appreciation will be presented.
Kevin Zink and Lance Offermann will receive the highest award achievable from the Boy Scouts of
American program, The Eagle Award, on Saturday, July 17, 2004. The Eagle Award requires a Scout to
select a project and organize it from start to finish.
Troop 270 Scout Master is Tim Bishop who was very proud of Kevin and Lance and his Troop's
accomplishment. Mr. Bishop will be present to introduce the Boy Scouts and their accomplishments for
the Eagle Award.
The City Council wishes to congratulate the parents and families of Kevin Zink and Lance Offermann
and thank them for their contribution.
