1. Item 6.p. 2005 Fees and Fee Policy
Memos from P &R and Engineering giving further explanation of fees for Park Dedication and
Assessments.
2. Item 6. w. Purchase Agreement for Bester Property
The Agreement was revised by representative attorneys and the recommended motion was
changed as follows:
MOTION to approve the attached purchases agreement for the purchase of 1.53
acres of land currently owned by Earl Bester, subject to the determination by our
City Attorney that the City will not incur any unexpected expenses caused by the
Agricultural Preserve Status.
3. Item 8.a. Purchase and Lease Agreement for St. Joseph Catholic Church
City Attorney LeFevere reviewed the contract and recommends the indicated changes to the
Purchase and Lease Agreement.
4. Item 8.b. Rosewood Estates Comprehensive Guide Amendment
Additional Information is provided to Council including:
1) Commercial Area Crime Activity, Eagan and Apple Valley Data
2) Map of Rosewood Estates and Commercial Area
3) Letters and E -Mails from Residents
