Dear Mr. Rahn:
Thank you for responding so quickly to our liquor license renewal request. Please forward a
Certificate of Insurance to complete your necessary renewal application information. I am
sending a copy of the Form 9011 completed by the City and signed by you for your file.
The City has approved increases to several liquor fees after a thorough look at actual employee
cost and an extensive fee study by a consultant. We will be holding a Public Hearing on June 8
at 7:30 p.m. to hear any comments or concerns regarding the increases in the liquor fees.
I have enclosed the liquor license fees for your review. The City Council will take your
comments into consideration. If you are not able to attend the June 8 City Council meeting you
may respond by letter which will be presented to Council at that meeting.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Liquor License Fee Changes
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount will
conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2004, in the Council
Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145 Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota.
This public hearing is being held to take comments on increases for some Liquor License
fees.
Comments will be taken from persons desiring to be heard with reference to the above
hearing item. Written comments will be accepted up to the time of the hearing and will be
included in the discussion at this hearing.
