RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EVERMOOR
CROSSCROFT 2 " ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, CITY
PROJECT #388.
ACTION:
ISSUE:
Authorization for preparation of plans and specifications for the Evermoor Crosscroft 2nd
Addition.
BACKGROUND:
At this time, the Developer, D.R. Horton, has submitted a final plat for approval for the
Evermoor Crosscroft 2 Addition. This plat is located north of Connemara Trail, west
of Evermoor Parkway and east of Evermoor Crosscroft Addition. The developer has
deposited the necessary funds for all costs associated with the preparation of the plans
and specifications.'
SUMMARY:
Staff recommends authorization for preparation of plans and specifications for the
Evermoor Crosscroft 2 Addition.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
EVERMOOR CROSSCROFT 2 " ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #388
WHEREAS, D. R. Horton. has requested the City of Rosemount prepare plans and specifications for
Evermoor Crosscroft 2 °a Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #388; and
WHEREAS, D. R, Horton. has deposited the necessary funds with the City for preparation of the plans
and specifications for City Project #388; and
WHEREAS, D. R. Horton. acknowledges that this action does not imply or guarantee City Council
approval of the final plat for Evermoor Crosscroft 2" Addition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City - Council of the City of Rosemount orders the
preparation of plans and specifications for said improvements of City Project #388.
ADOPTED this 20 day of April, 2004.
