For City Council consideration is a recommendation to hire Mr. Casey Cartney for the position of Building
Maintenance Worker. After conducting an internal recruitment, the City has determined that Casey would be a
good candidate for the position. Casey has worked for the City of Rosemount as a Building Attendant since
September 2003 and has previous experience working in an ice arena. Casey will begin his new schedule on
January 7, 2004 pending Council approval.
The position of Building Maintenance Worker was approved in the 2004 budget process.
