EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR ACTION
CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: FEBRUARY 3, 2004
For City Council consideration is a recommendation to hire Mr. Thomas Schuster for the position of Parks
Supervisor. After conducting an external recruitment, the City has determined that Mr. Schuster most closely
matches the qualifications for filling the position. Previously, Mr. Schuster worked for the City of New Hope as
a Contract Manager /City Forester and Park Superintendent (1993-Present) and in Eagan as a City Forester
.(1979- 1993). He will start working for the City of Rosemount on February 17, pending Council approval
