The developer of the Biscayne Pointe North development, Giles Properties, has submitted a
request and monies for the preparation of a feasibility report.
Staff is recommending that a feasibility report be prepared to review street and utility
improvements associated with the completion of the Biscayne Pointe North development.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
BISCAYNE POINTE NORTH STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #370
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a request and monies from Giles
Properties, Inc. and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate the feasibility
of the preliminary plat, City Project #370.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility report
prepared for Biscayne Pointe North Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #370.
ADOPTED this3rd day of February, 2004.
