GLENDALOUGH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, CITY
PROJECT #389.
ACTION:
BACKGROUND:
The developer, Lundgren Brothers Construction,, has requested the preparation of a
feasibility report for proposed public improvements within the development. This
feasibility report will address street and utility improvements within the development and
will include costs and funding for the project. A map depicting the area included in the
final Evermoor development is attached.
SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting Council authorization to prepare a feasibility report for the
Glendalough Addition and remaining Glendalough Addition.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE GLENDALOUGH 5 TH ADDITION AND REMAINING GLENDALOUGH ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #389
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a request from Lundgren Brothers
to investigate the feasibility of a preliminary plat proposed by Lundgren Brothers that is currently being
reviewed by the City, and
WHEREAS, it is understood that the preparation of a feasibility report is at Lundgren Brothers request
and Lundgren Brothers expense and in no way implies or guarantees future development approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility report
prepared for the Glendalough 5`" Addition and Remaining Glendalough Addition Street and Utility
Improvements, City Project #389.
ADOPTED this 17 day of August, 2004.
