1. Item 6.a. Minutes of October 5, 2004 Regular City Council Meeting
Two changes were requested for clarification on the assessment hearings on pages 4 and 5as
attached.
2. Pull Item 6.n. Rosemount Crossing Revision to Resolution 2004 -124
Staff is still negotiating with Steiner Development and is requesting this item be pulled.
3. Add -On Item 6.o. Set Special Meeting — Oct. 28, 6:30 p.m.
Staff is requesting that a Special Meeting be added to the October 28 Special Work Session
for consideration of Council action.
