1. ADD -ON: FLAG CEREMONY
Girl Scout Troop 2331 has requested the honor of Presenting the Flag for the Pledge of
Allegiance at the start of the meeting. The Co- Leaders are Amy Golla and Kathy Duff.
2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6. i. Receive Bids /Award Contract Biscayne Pointe North, C.P. 354
The bids were opened on May 14 at City Hall. Project Manager Mark Erichson completed a
review of the bids and recommends Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $327,039.89
which was below the engineers estimate.
3. PULL from CONSENT AGENDA
Item 6. k. Evermoor Crosscroft 2 ° a Addition Final Plat, DR Horton
This item will be moved to ,a future City Council meeting because not all required documents
have been received.
4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: PUBLIC HEARING
Item 7. Application for an Off Sale Liquor License PCS Liquor, LLC
The Police Department completed their investigation today and the memo enclosed reported
that no reasons were found to deny the Off Sale Liquor License to PCS Liquors, LLC. A
resolution has been prepared for the recommended approval if Council takes action. That
motion might proceed as follows: MOTION to support a RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE
OFF SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR ROSEMOUNT LIQUOR MART/PCS LIQUORS LLC
AT 15070 CHIPPENDALE AVENUE.
Staff recommends approval of the liquor license. The applicants will be available for questions.
A copy of the current floor plan is enclosed for your review. No immediate changes are
expected in the floor plan.
5. PUBLIC HEARING: Item 9. Application for On Sale Liquor License Amendment — Celts
Note: the date on the resolution included with the Council packet was June 1, 2004 in error.
The date was corrected to May 18, 2004 and the correct resolution has been exchanged.
