1. Item 61. Authorize Feasibility Report for CR 38 Improvements, TH3 -RR,
City Project 393
Staff requests that item 6.f be moved to New Business for consideration of additional
information.
2. Item 6.g. and 6.h. SKB Interim Use Permit Amendment for End Cap Design and
SKB Rosemount Community Trust Amendments
All of the terms in each of these items are consistent with those agreed to by the City council in
the Memorandum of Understanding approved by Council in May 2004.
3. Item 8.a. Canvass Election Results
The results of the November 3, 2004 City Election are enclosed. The two candidates receiving
the most votes are Mike Baxter and Phillip Sterner.
