ACTION:
BACKGROUND
The developer for Evermoor Glendalough, Lundgren Bros. has requested that the Cit h
proceed; with the preparation of plans and specifications for Evermoor Glendalough 4 h
Addition. This project is located at Connemara Trail and Evermoor Parkway and will
include the construction of streets and utilities to facilitate the development of 19 single
family lots.
SUMMARY
The developer has deposited the necessary funds for costs associated with the
development of plans and specifications.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PROJECT AND
ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
GLENDALOUGH 4T ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #386
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders
the improvements of the Glendalough 4` Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #386.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount orders the preparation of
plans and specifications for said improvements of City Project No. 386.
ADOPTED this 6 day of April, 2004.
