OF TRUSTEE TO THE SKB ENVIRONMENTAL ROSEMOUNT COMMUNITY TRUST.
ACTION:
ISSUE Appoint resident trustee position for SKB Trust Fund
BACKGROUND
The by -laws of the SKB Trust Fund direct the mayor to appoint three residents in rotating
terms as Trustees. The terms are three -years long and one position is open this year.
Matthew Kearney had finished a partial term for two years and that position is now available
for appointment.
SUMMARY
Matt Kearney has been a fine representative for residents of the City of Rosemount and I
recommend that he is appointed to another term of three years.

RESOLUTION 2004 -
A RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES TO THE
SKB ENVIRONMENTAL ROSEMOUNT COMMUNITY TRUST
WHEREAS, SKB Environmental Rosemount Community Trust Agreement provides that the
Mayor and City Council shall appoint Class I Trustees to serve on this board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Dakota
County, Minnesota, that they hereby appoint and designate Matthew Kearney to serve as a Class I
Trustee for a three year term, expiring December 31, 2006.
ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2004.
