Please replace the draft minutes for June 6,2004 in the packet with the attached minutes. Some
additional information was inserted on the Brockway development and for the relocation of the
skate park.
2. Add -On: Consent / Meadows of Bloomfield Minor PUD Amendment Clarification
City Planner Pearson has made a recommendation to affirm the setbacks for the cottage row
and the carriage townhomes. Please review the attached executive summary.
