RESOLUTION 2004 --
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR A 2004 LAW ENFORCEMENT
TERRORISM PREVENTION PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota that the City
enter into a grant agreement with the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency
Management of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the program entitled 2004 Law
Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program.
William Droste, Mayor, and Jamie Verbrugge, City Administrator, are hereby authorized to
execute and sign such grant agreement and subsequent amendments as are necessary to
implement the project on behalf of the City Council of the City of Rosemount.
ADOPTED this 7 day of September 2004, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount.
