On November 3, 2003, the City Council authorized the preparation of plans and specifications
for the Uitdenbogerd Addition, City Project #373. The project cost is estimated to be under
$50,000, which allows the City to receive direct quotes from contractors.
Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the receiving of quotes for the Uitdenbogerd
Addition, City Project #373.

A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING QUOTES FOR
UITDENBOGERD ADDITION
CITY PROJECT #373
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount have ordered the preparation of plans and
specifications for Uitdenbogerd Addition, City Project #373 and such plans and specifications have been
presented to this Council for approval:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota:
1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved and ordered placed on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
2. The City Engineer is directed to solicit quotations for City Project #373.
ADOPTED .this 1st day of March, 2004.
