RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to accept the donation of two Five State Quarter
cases and a State Quarter album from Rico's State Quarters Company for use in
recognizing participants in National Night Out.
ACTION:
SUMMARY
Mr. Mike Gruber, President - Rico's State Quarters Company, has donated a U.S. State
Quarter album and two (2) Five State Quarter cases to the Police Department. Mr. Gruber
requests that these items be used to recognize those residents whom participant in National
Night Out on August 3, 2004.
The donated items will be given to the coordinators of the block parties or other gatherings
who have most exemplified the spirit of National Night Out in organizing their event.
The estimated retail value of these items totals $130.
