ACTION: ISSUE City Council is asked to consider renewal of licenses for businesses handling the sale, of intoxicating liquor, a controlled substance in the State of Minnesota. And Special Sunday McDivot's Sport Pub &Eatery. On -Sale, Type B, Liquor Lic. and Special Sunday Rosemount Liquor Mart Off -Sale Liquor License 15070 Chippendale Ave. Shenanigan's 14605 S. Robert Tr. On -Sale, Type A, Liquor License, and Special Sun. Shenanigan's 15047 Crestone Ave.. Off -Sale Liquor License TOP'S Pizza &Hoagies Wine — On Sale (which also allows strong beer) VFW Post 9433 Club On -Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Total fees collected are $17,950. Minimum insurance coverage is $300,000. Most businesses have more insurance coverage than the minimum. SUMMARY Each - applicant has been required to submit proof of insurance, appropriate, fees and renewal forms. Both the Rosemount American Legion and the VFW Post 9433 have new managers who have submitted supplementary personal information to the City for review.
