Staff is requesting corrections to line item 6. and the addition of line item 7. as attached.
2. Item 6j. Receive Bids /Award Contract for Connemara Trail Overpass, City Project 381
Additional information.
Bids were opened Friday, December 3, 2004 for the bridge over the railroad on Connemara
Trail. Staff recommends awarding the contract to Lunda Construction Co., Black River Falls,
Wisconsin in the amount of $1,491,272.45.
MOTION to approve A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR THE CONNEMARA TRAIL OVERPASS, CITY PROJECT 379, to Lunda
Construction Co., Black River Falls, Wisconsin in the amount of $1,491,272.45.
Item 7. Public Hearing for Applebee's On -Sale Liquor License Application
Additional Information
Clarification of the number of available on -sale Liquor Licenses in Rosemount. See the
attached copy of our City Code limiting the number of on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses to
six. We now have four: Celts, McDivots, Shenanigan's, and City Limits. The club on -sales do
not count against this number.
