1. Item 6.d. ReceiveBids /Award Contract for Reflections Street & Utility Improvements, City
Project 381
Bid opening occurred on Monday, September 20 and staff recommends Barbarossa and Sons,
Inc. in the amount of $2,115, 903.65.
2. Item 6.e. Receive Bids /Award Contract for Trunk Highway 3 (Connemara to CSAH
38/McAndrews) City Project 385
Bid opening occurred on Monday, September 20th and staff recommends Valley Paving, Inc.
for the amount of $1,105,485.93.
3. Add -On Item 6. i. Extended Hours for Well #12, City Project 354
Renner & Sons, Inc. is requesting a start time of 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday
and 7 a.m. Saturdays to 4:00 p.m. They estimate three to four more weeks with double
shifts before the completion of the project. The building site is located within the Rosemount
Business Park. Staff recommends the hour extension.
