1. Item 6.k. SKB Memorandum of Understanding
Attached for your review is a modified Memorandum of Understanding that amends language
in sections 3. 1.1 and 3.1.4 relating to the cover and closure requirements. This language brings
the current approved 1UP into compliance for MPCA purposes. A drawing of the proposed
closure plan, conforming to MPCA standards, is also attached.
Finally, attached is a letter from SKB Environmental agreeing to the terms in the MOU and
indicating their intent to sign the document following Council action.
2. Add -On Closed Executive Session
City Engineer Brotzler has requested an Executive Session regarding the proposed settlement
of assessment appeals and condemnation related to Connemara Trail, Phase 2.
