RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to declare 2 printers, 1
PC monitor and 2 typewriters
as surplus equipment.
ACTION:
ISSUE Remove unnecessary equipment
BACKGROUND This is a request for Council to declare two printers, one personal
computer monitor and two typewriters as surplus equipment. None of these items are
currently being used and are in need of repairs that would cost more than the items are
worth. The City will be disposing of all of these items during the City's Clean -Up Day.
The City's fixed asset tag numbers for the items are as follows:
Printers: 000163, 001189
PC Monitor: 000992
Typewriters: 000027, 000356
SUMMARY
Recommend the above motion to remove unneeded equipment and free up storage
space.
