EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR DISCUSSION
CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION DATE: MARCH 10, 2004
City staff met with staff from the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services recently to discuss the Empire
Outfall contract terms and to discuss development issues in Rosemount that will affect regional planning for
wastewater treatment. City Engineer Andy Brotzler will present information regarding the wastewater treatment
needs for the City as they pertain to MCES
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discussion only. No action is requested.
