on September 21, 2004, immediately following the Regular City Council Meeting.

BACKGROUND
In attempt to manage the workflow of issues discussion and be respectful of Council time,
Staff is recommending a Special Work Session be scheduled to immediately follow the
Regular City Council Meeting 'on Tuesday, September 21. The preliminary agenda for the
regular meeting appears to be relatively short at this time and there are at least two items that
Staff will likely include for Work Session discussion.
